Once again.
Even if it's merely a fleeting crush,
or perhaps just a momentary infatuation of sorts,
it's one that's welcome.
Just like you said,
it's been so long.
& even if it'll hurt, it'll be okay,
because that's what we need,
something that will remind us of how we're only human.

Fill the voids that have been empty for so long.
